Shipping policy
Your shipping fee during checkout is an *estimated quoted* price.
If more charges are required then the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, ensuring timely delivery of products to our valued customers. This policy aims to enhance customer satisfaction by expediting order processing and maintaining efficient service standards.
In some circumstances, we may require an additional 1-2 business days to process your order due to high order volumes or Credit Card Verification.
We use USPS (United States Parcel Service) as our primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments.
A shipment notification email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package.
We do not ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs
Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Customer is responsible to make sure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for the package if an incorrect address is provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International Customers (Example: UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, MEXICO, CANADA & ETC....)
You will first place your order on our website and after your order is placed we will send you a Shipping Quote to pay for shipping separately. At that time you can decide whether to use our shipping service OR use your own shipping company where you can have your shipping company come pick up your order from our Las Vegas Location. We will supply you via email with the shipping quotes and any information you need to ship your order yourself including the weight and dimensions of your order will be provided.
All International Orders are responsible to pay for Customs/Taxies/Duties for all orders!
Lost Or Stolen Package Policy
If your order is lost or stolen a USPS claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed by USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a Full Refund will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Typically we process and ship orders the same day they are placed as long as it’s before 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after will be shipped the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time does not include several factors including Processing time in our warehouse - how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.
